LIGHTING SCOPE
The residents' club at DWTC Apartments spans lounge, fitness and pool-deck amenities. LUMIBRIGHT supplied low-glare recessed lighting for interior amenity rooms, linear profiles detailing ceilings and joinery, and wet-area-rated fixtures around the pool. Layered scenes move the spaces from bright daytime utility to relaxed evening ambience, matching how residents actually use the club through the day.
