LIGHTING SCOPE
Gold Sands 9's lighting brief centred on an inviting arrival experience. LUMIBRIGHT supplied decorative pendant fixtures for the lobby alongside recessed downlighting through corridors and shared amenities. Warm colour temperatures and glare control keep the building's common areas feeling residential rather than commercial, with fixture selections rated for the long duty cycles of an always-open building.
