KNX-integrated architectural and landscape lighting for a private beachfront villa on Palm Jumeirah — IP68 pool luminaires, Ta 50 °C rated garden fixtures and tunable-white interiors.
LIGHTING SCOPE
This 1,800 m² villa runs entirely on a KNX backbone, with LUMIBRIGHT luminaires integrated through a certified KNX–DALI gateway. Externally, LUMI VILLE bollards and inground uplighters (Ta 50 °C rated, IP67) line the arrival garden and palm groves, while IP68 submersible fixtures light the infinity pool edge. Interiors use tunable-white LUMI OUTDOOR-matched trims on covered terraces so the transition from majlis to beach deck reads as one continuous scene at sunset. All exterior circuits comply with ESMA S.ELECTC.010.
