Villa and residential lighting projects in the UAE

A villa lighting plan needs to support daily activities as well as the architecture. Living and dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and circulation spaces each need an appropriate balance of general, task and feature lighting. For a home in Dubai or another UAE location, set the room-by-room brief before choosing a single product family for the whole property.

Coordinate recessed and surface fittings with the ceiling build-up, use linear details where the joinery or architecture calls for them, and consider how pendants relate to furniture and sightlines. Control scenes and the practical location of drivers and connections should be resolved alongside the visible design, not added after the ceiling and joinery details are fixed.
