LUMIBRIGHT indoor luminaires are engineered to exceed the Approved Document Part L luminous efficacy targets for non-domestic buildings, with typical fixture efficacies well above the 95 lm/W benchmark used in the 2021 uplift.
Evidence: DIALux/IES files available on request per family; datasheets state lm/W at the tested driver combination.
Our application landing pages align to the CIBSE Lighting Guides (LG7 Offices, LG9 Communal residential, LG10 Daylight and window design, LG12 Emergency lighting) — recommended illuminance, uniformity and UGR targets are reflected in our product recommendations for each space type.

Product spectra, flicker (PstLM / SVM) and glare (UGR) data supports BREEAM Hea 01 (visual comfort) and Hea 06 (security) credit submissions. Circadian-friendly tunable-white families are available for wellbeing-led schemes.
Evidence: Photometric and flicker test reports are supplied under NDA to registered BREEAM assessors.
Tunable-white and high-CRI (Ra ≥ 90) families support WELL feature L01 (light exposure), L02 (visual lighting design) and L03 (circadian lighting design). Melanopic EDI ratios available on request per SKU.

Region
All outdoor and landscape luminaires shipping into UAE and Saudi Arabia comply with ESMA S.ELECTC.010 and the equivalent SASO energy-labelling requirements. Registration numbers can be provided per invoice on request.
Evidence: ESMA/SASO conformity documents are issued per shipment by our regional distribution partners.
Outdoor families are rated to Ta ≥ 45 °C and Ta ≥ 50 °C variants for façade and inground applications typical of Gulf projects. Ingress protection ranges from IP65 (surface façade) to IP68 (fully submersible pool / fountain).
Evidence: Photometric derating curves are published on the family datasheet for Ta 25 °C, 35 °C, 45 °C.
Indoor families meet the lighting power density and controls requirements of the Dubai Green Building Regulations (2011, updated 2020) and the Estidama Pearl Rating System. DALI-2, KNX and Casambi control ecosystems are supported natively.
