LUMIBRIGHT
Ceiling surface lighting
Application inspiration · not a project reference
Surface-mounted lighting can suit exposed or shallow ceilings where recessing is limited. Compare body height and proportion with the room, then confirm fixing positions and cable entry. State whether the driver is contained in the fitting or needs a separate location. Use a clear section drawing so the visible result matches the intended design.

How to compare body height, fixings, cable entry and driver position
Body height
A surface fitting is always visible; compare its proportion with the ceiling height.
Fixings
Confirm the fixing centres against the slab or substrate.
Cable entry
Rear or side entry changes the coordination with the electrical first fix.
Driver position
State whether the driver is integral or remote and where it will be accessed.
Finish
Match the body finish to the ceiling so the fitting reads as intended.
